Located less than 5 minutes from the medieval village of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, the estate offers three levels of amenities depending on the villa selected: a 7.5 m x 3 m heated swimming pool, a private hot tub (available in 2 villas), or a swim spa (available in 2 other villas), ideal for resistance swimming all year round.
Each facility is serviced before every arrival and can be enjoyed at any time, with no restricted opening hours. We chose to offer this range of amenities so that every stay, whether for a family holiday, an active break or simply relaxation and recovery, can benefit from the right facilities.
The Tarn enjoys hot summers, with temperatures regularly ranging from 32°C to 38°C in July and August. The villa is fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort. You can enjoy the Occitan sunshine without suffering from the heat and sleep comfortably in a cool environment every night.
Our property is set in a beautiful, open natural environment, less than 5 minutes from the listed village of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, officially recognised as one of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France”. The estate’s green spaces give your dog plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
Please note, however, that the garden is not fully enclosed. We therefore recommend keeping your dog on a lead when away from the immediate surroundings of your villa and letting us know that you will be bringing a pet when making your booking. The hiking trails of the Gaillac area, accessible within a 10-minute drive, are particularly well suited to walks with your dog.
